Save A Lot On Renting Textbooks From CampusBookRentals.com

Parents would complain how expensive nowadays to buy books. However, our children need books to learn. Education is a part of everyone’s necessity, right?

I am one of those who are having headaches when trying to pick-up good reads at the bookstore. But do I have a choice? Maybe, yes. A choice of not buying the book that I love to read or the one that I want to give to my kids because I am out of enough budget. Unless, there are discounts offered.

Colleges mostly obliged the students to buy books for their own consumption. And books are tend to be more expensive when you bought it at the school. But I am bothered on just keeping the books in the shelves after reading it and the passing years would just torn it.

And why I only knew about CampusBookRentals.com? I didn’t know before that I could save money on rent textbooks. Buying and renting books have no difference on getting a good result on our student’s studying. Books for rental are the used ones but they are well taken care of.

On renting books from CampusBookRentals.com, you could save up to 40% to 90% off of bookstore prices. They do free shipping both ways with a 30-day risk-free returns. You can also highlight or write on the books rented. I bet you wouldn’t want to miss their flexible renting periods especially if you’re on a limited budget. Being a member would also entitle you on monthly giveaways, textbook scholarships, shirts, and other prizes. Registration is free and you do not have to be a paying customer to win.

I am very eager to rent The New Rules of Marketing & PR by David Meerman Scott. Well, that’s my first read, more to go!

By the way, every textbook that you rented, CampusBookRentals.com donate a portion of the proceeds to Operation Smile, an organization that performs life changing cleft lip surgeries on children whose families could not otherwise afford it. They are committed to donate enough to cover a minimum of 1,000 life changing surgeries.

You could help CampusBookRentals.com’s goal, visit their site to start renting books.

  1. wow, this sounds like a great website! renting books is a practical alternative plus you can get more value for your hard-earned money. will try this out soon. thanks for sharing 🙂

  2. I only wish they would have had this program when I went to college. Yes, you can sell your “used” book back to the bookstore where you purchased your text book, but they only give you approximately 10% of the cost of your book. Then they turn around and sell your book as “used” and charge approximatley 80 to 90% of what you purchased it originally for. Quite a markup there in my opinion and huge profits for the bookstore. I chose to keep my books and sell them myself.

  3. I like this website a lot. Most of the time, students don’t use the text again after the class, and the campus bookstore is always a ripoff when it’s time to sell back. For my own undergrad and Masters programs, I’ve used half.com, which now offers rentals as well (often through campustextbooks.) This is a great tip, and I wish more students realized that they can usually pay a lot less for textbooks!
