My Flawless Beauty Transformation

I really do not know how to react when I had this conversation with my 5-year old daughter.

Apparently, my daughter was not joking and a little frustrated. In her serious innocent face, I was not sure what to say but I smiled and hugged her tight. Deep inside, I understand the underlying meaning of her statement – I must act before this sedentary lifestyle could lead me to something worst.

And she’s right, maybe we could win that party game! The failure to discipline myself and hooked with unhealthy eating habit and lifestyle caused to double my weight over the years. The most “abused” part of my body is the abdomen area. Oh, why is it so hard to achieve a flat belly?

Sometimes, my daughter would tease me because of my big belly, especially when I am trying to zip my pants! She would also asked me to lend her a ball, and she is referring to my tummy! Silly and funny girl!

I knew it would take political will and discipline to bring back my old body shape, but I could get some help, right? I am dying to try the Shape and Sculpt by Flawless Face and Body Clinic!

Flawless Shape and Sculpt service uses a ground-breaking 3-in-1 advanced technology in a synergistic system via Cavitation Ultrasound, Bi-Polar Radio Frequency and Interference Frequency. These combine to effectively eliminate fat and improve muscle tone, resulting in a slim and svelte figure.

I want first the Shape and Sculpt for the abs (later on for the other parts of my body). I am looking forward to zip my old pants without giving too much effort and stopping to breath!

Anything can be possible!

No, don’t get me wrong. I have used a virtual plastic surgery software to visualized what would happened to me after trying the Flawless Shape and Sculpt service! Just to inspire me!

A Blowout!

In celebration of its 11th birthday, Flawless is inviting everyone to take advantage of its 1 + 1 beauty blowout this National Flawless Month. Go to www.flawless.com.ph or visit a clinic near you for more information.

  1. Aw! Kids don’t lie. They say the darndest sometimes at a wrong time. Your little girl is cute though 😀
My little boy tells me when he doesn’t like my dress. He’d say, “Mommy, are gonna go out in that ugly dress?” 😀
I don’t think there should be anything “done” on you. You’re a beautiful Mom!

  2. You are not the only one that has tummy bulge! I’ve had this problem ever since having a child and it gets worse with age. It seems so difficult to keep my body looking good. Hubby says he likes the extra meat on my bones, but I personally hate it. I think women struggle with this all the time. It’s just how our bodies are made. I certainly wish you the best 🙂

  3. wow love the change but i do understand , my daughter told me that more than once, i don’t think its because of eating too much , its probably not eating the right way.. thanks for sharing and will give this a look into 😉

  4. It is so difficult in these times to eliminate those extra pounds that we acquire over the years. As you get older, your metabolism changes, which can account for some of my weight issues. I try to eat healthy, but I’m not always 100 percent successful. I believe that part of my issue is that I need to get more exercise. I have never heard of Shape and Sculpt by Flawless Face and Body Clinic, but it definitely is worth looking into if I could get my old body back. Thanks for the review.

  5. After my first child was born, I took a job delivering newspapers at night. I lost over twenty pounds and reached my high school weight over the course of a year, all from just running door to door. It doesn’t take a miracle to get healthy. Just a little consistency and dedication. 🙂

  6. I have been kind of dieting for the last 6 months and have lost about 50 pounds! I still have a LOOOnnnggg way to reach my goal but I feel I am doing really good! just keep it up and things will fall into place! hopefully!

  7. I can only imagine how you felt to hear that. But after having children it’s hard to lose the tummy for some women. I wish you well in your endevor and hope you share your success with us!

  8. This looks like something I woudld want to do BUT what are teh risks?? Are there any side effects??? I think you looked great before and really cannto tell much of a difference between pics.. I think you are beautiful

  9. That’s a very funny conversation you had there with your kiddo 🙂 I have the same conversations with my hubby and daughter as well. They can’t seem to wrap their heads as to why I got so bug in a span of few years. Must be the hormones or aging symptoms. We can’t always be the slim and svelte figured-ladies that we used to. Nature takes its course and I shall let it 🙂

It will be nice tough to do something about our jelly bellies 🙂 I’m not aiming for a 6-pack abs. A simple flat and toned abs will do just fine. How about you?

  10. the bulging mid-section has also been my perennial problem. in the new year i will try to get rid of it again + i hope i will be successful. but a surgery is really out of the question, am thinking more of curbing my monster appetite + working out. so GOD help me! 😉

  11. I have a tummy bulge too that I’d like to get rid of… I had gastric bypass surgery in 2005 and still have extra skin and bulge… I need something that will help or work!

  12. My first thought is ‘shame on that parent for having that be part of their game.’ The chubbiest mommy? In good fun or not, that tends to hurt peoples feelings. I don’t want to tell you what to do or not do…but I do have concerns. As another person mentioned what are the health risks of this? My suggestion is to eat healthy, if you loose weight cool! If not…you’re beautiful as is! Being healthy doesn’t necessarily mean being ‘ideal thin.’ Good luck!

  13. Children can be brutally honest but they do get you thinking. I had a similar thing happen before. At the moment, I can’t remember the conversation but I do remember thinking “well, she’s honest” I need to take control of my unhealthy habits also.

  14. My daughter was in a dressing room with me one day…she was about 5, and said that when she grew up she hoped she’d have long boobs like mine…UGH!!! KIDS!! I never had any weight on my middle, not even after 4 kids, mine was always in my butt and hips. Once I turned 42 though, I started getting a belly..and it isn’t because of a difference in food, or activity..or anything…it just is…and I hate it! I hope you find something that works for you 🙂

  15. Kids these days ;D… Whatever they say, they say it in the most honest way known to them and usually they are right and an eye-opener…. 🙂

  16. To quote Bill Cosby, “Kids Say the Darndest Things!” Everyone wants to lose a little weight. I know I am in the same boat as you.

  17. That’s the problem with America today. Everyone is obsessed with their looks. I’ve had a weight problem all my life. I’ve gone up and down, right now I’m up and am really needing to do something about it. I know it, I don’t need anyone to tell me I need to lose weight. I think the “game” at the birthday party was totally uncalled for. I think you looked great both before and after. This kind of behavior from grownups is what gives children their warped sense of body image.

  18. I haven’t given up eating certain foods altogether, I now just make better food choices. I’ll still have a Coca Cola, but, I view it as a treat and not just something to drink.

  19. That is where I gain the most at. The darn tummy! I would rather it be my boobs! haha doesn’t everyone? I’d done uncomfortable grudles for the longest. Now I just don’t care for the most part. I’ve been trying to focusing on eating healthy and extercises but it’s harder than it sounds to keep motivation up.

  20. I don’t just have the tummy. My whole body could use a transformation. This is my New Year’s Resolution to get healthy and lose weight. I wish you the best of luck and hope you get the transformation you want.

  21. Good for you, I hope you get the results you are wanting. You will have to report your results! I am interested in the whole process myself!

  22. I’m glad you took it well. We hear so much about keeping kids from bullying, but what happens when they get to be adults? I’d like to say I can’t believe the parent said that; but, unfortunately, I can.

  23. Perhaps you should teach your daughter to accept her body rather than teaching her that she (and you) have to transform it surgically in order to be acceptable. Be very careful what you say about yourself in her presence. Your voice becomes hers.

  24. Your little girl is so adorable. The other reader was right when she said that kids say the darndest things. That is so true. I think you are a beautiful person. Thanks for sharing your story with us.

  25. Yeah I totally agree with you on that Mommy… kids don’t lie and they will always tell what they see. Ive been through that stage before when my daughter would also tell me that I do have a huge tummy. It made me realize that I should take care of myself. With the help of gym exercise and diet, I was able to get back my body in shape. Anyway, I would also love to try that Shape and Sculpt for the abs. I was wondering how much is the cost? Thanks!

  26. Oh i have same dilemma here..those ugly bulges left after having a baby born is one of my biggest frustrations..though. Am skinny it’s unpretty that you have that big belly. I might try that rf thingy but i find it expensive..i hope it’s worth every penny. Goodluck sis!

  27. I would love to know how well the Flawless service works, there’s dermatologists and medspas by me that offer similar services but it always sounded too good to be true, have you tried it yet? I would love to know how the results come out! For now it’s stupid exercise and sweat (which I’m not a fan of lol).

  28. I love and I hate that our kids are the most honest about our appearance you look great in both pics. It I know how important it is to show our kids a good example in every way.
