Bel-Air Residences Lipa: A House, A Home, and A Lot More

For most people, having a house that you can call as your own is one of the greatest achievements in life.

However, some would really feel frightened by merely thinking of buying or acquiring a mortgaged property. For them, it is a big risk because they do not want to spend the rest of their lives in jail when failed to pay the bank or ashamed of being a subject for gossipers when their property was foreclosed.

It was indeed a scary risk but worth it. I was able to convinced myself that I am not getting any younger and my little bundles of joy need a place where they can grew, happily.

We’ve got our house in 2009. But this year, we received a news that soon we might need to vacate our current place. The part of the subdivision where our house is standing will become a national highway in the future. It is a government project and I doubt if we could still make an appeal.

This means, we need to immediately find a new place. I have been scouting around Metro Manila and nearby provinces like Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite but there’s only area that I finally found the perfect nest for our new home — the Bel-Air Residences in Lipa, Batangas.

I fell in love at the first sight of the Modern Zen architectural designs of Bel-Air Residences Lipa.

My target is the Alexandra (single detached) with a floor area of 165 square meters and a lot area of 139 square meters. It has a spacious living and kitchen area, with three bedrooms and three toilet and bath! Another catch is the balcony since I love breathing fresh air and watching views. The best convenience is to have a carport too!

See Alexandra inside by watching the video below and you will know what I mean!

More than living in a spacious home is enjoying amenities like basketball court, jogging path, playground for kids, barbeque area, multiple parks, a pool, a lanai, gazebo and a Club House, which all can be found in Bel-Air Residences Lipa.

What could I ask for? Bel-Air Residences Lipa is also near schools such as Ateneo School of Business, De La Salle University Lipa and many more. This what most Moms is looking for.

Since Bel-Air Residences Lipa can be found in one of the best cities in the country, it is close to established hospitals like Lipa Medix Medical Center  and Metro Lipa Medical Center. The village is also a walking distance from major malls such as SM Lipa, Fiesta Mall, South Supermarket among others. And oh, other leisure places like the Mt. Malarayat Golf Course, The Farm at San Benito and famous Batangas dive sites are minutes away also!

I really can’t wait to transfer to a new home in Bel-Air Residences Lipa. I was sad when I learned the bad news and the incoming inconveniences of transferring but it was a blessing in disguise. I always believe that having your own house surely can give you and your family a peace of mind and security.

I still remember what my 5-year old girl once told me: “Mommy, pag laki ko, ibibili kita ng bahay na maraming puno sa paligid para makasinghot ka ng sariwang hangin at tumagal ang buhay mo para makita mo pag may baby na ako.” (Mommy, when I grow old, I will buy you a house with many trees around for you to breathe fresh air and to live with a long life so that you may able see our own children too.)

This sweet little girl with a matured mind deserve a treat, right? Since she also love going to the beach, I wish we could win the Nuffnang and Bel-Air Residences Lipa’s blog contest so that I could bring her to Boracay! She haven’t been into that place and I am taking this chance!

  4. That house is very different from those around here. Unique and special can be nice. Remember a house is a building, it’s the occupants that make it as home.

  11. I know the feeling its not a good way to feel buying a home is supposed to be a good thing but the fact is many of us worry that if we lose our jobs or get sick what will be do. But I say just look around for a while dont be pushed into anything sometimes the one showing you the home wants you to get the one that cost more so they get more. How they do this is by showing you the best ones last and yes they are NICE but stay strong stay with your limit they will tell you oh it will only be alittle more no always true. Stick with your set price and dont go over, Say your limit is 50,000 and you find one for 53,500 and you really love it put the offer in at 49 or 50 you might just get lucky I did!! And remember what your looking for what do you really need to be ok and happy dont fall into the big pretty and everything you really dont need just find something you can raise your family in and pay off maybe even sell after your kids are grown and use that money to get something better but still only what you need!

  12. It is a gorgeous house and I would love to have my own house! I am on a fixed income and could never afford a huge house payment! Those who can are lucky though!

  13. Well I was lucky and inherited my home but it needed a lot of repairs so I took out a mortgage and of course afterwards things didn’t go according to plans. The money was spent on other things and my house isn’t anywhere better than it was when I started. It did get a new roof though.

  14. That’s a very simple and beautiful zen-like house. I have similar taste. I always like the modern, contemporary styled houses and God-willing, we will be able to start our dream home construction by 3rd-4th quarter of 2013.

  15. Awesome choice of houses! Looks beautiful… and you’re right… a mortgage is a very daunting and scary thing, but worth it in the long run!

  16. I can’t even imagine someone telling me I have to leave because they are building a highway! That is terrible. But oh 3 bed and 3 bath would be so awesome!

  17. I love the look of the house.. This is also what I want for my future home… Hopefully, I could afford to have one of these (wishful thinking**)…

  18. we are still renting a place.. my ultimate wish is to own a house so that when i retire we have a safe and comfortable house to live in .

  19. I remember telling my mom, that I wanted more plants in our house so there would be more oxygen in our house, wow, that is too cute

  20. I think you made a wonderful choice and change can be an exciting thing with new friends to make and a new home to decorate! Best of luck to you all and happy holidays!

  21. I love the house too. As much as my mother tells me to value an old victorian house, I do like some modern homes like this one.
